haha okay I just wanted to drop by LJ and say I absolutely love it here haha... I miss blogging :P so I'll blog about the US haha... from streakers to parties to mooncake festivals I've had a blast lol... but through it all I still miss you guys haha... oh well :D I guess I'll just drop a few stories I think are worth telling haha

Mooncake Festival, 9/13/08

so there was a big program and everything :D and this one guy goes up on stage :P apparently he had a special announcement :D haha... I got slightly kilig coz it was kinda obvious he was gonna do something big and supposedly romantic haha... so he goes and addresses someone in the audience "we've known each other for a long time... but you've always said I wasn't spontaneous enough... so... I don't have a ring but... will you marry me?... " HAHA someone proposed lol... in the middle of Chinatown... during the mooncake festival! :X haha... it wasn't so romantic though but still! haha... then this black dude beside us broke the spell by shouting "HE'S UGLY AS SHIT! THEY MUST BOTH BE UGLY AS SHIT!" haha... anyway... seeing as that day was the 13th something was bound to go wrong... haha... but then the guy suddenly jumps and says "SHE SAID YES!" (they made him stay on the stage so he told the girl to just text him since she was shy)... biglang tumahimik yung dude... yun pala a gago friend texted him YES and he was too nervous he just saw the words and not the name! haha bwisit dude :P

but since we're still talking about chinatown haha... so after chinatown my friends and I hitched a ride with our friend's friends... confusing? haha... our group consisted of Angel, Mei, Tammy, Julie, Evan, Me... Angel is from Philly so she has friends there who brought cars and we rode those cars going back haha... and one of them was all vin diesel-y haha.. revving his car and all haha tapos the (two cars) were racing pa and speeding LOL american teen drivers haha... after our fast and furious ride (yeah these college dudes were walking across the street in front of the car and our driver like flashed his lights so the college dudes said "relax!" and he went and revved up so loud haha the college dudes were "OH YEAH VIN DIESEL WHOOT!" haha lol... anyway after that we just chilled in our friends' room haha I've never had 5ish hours of conversation fly by and not notice it until it was almost 3am -_- haha

so we left our dorm to go to Chinatown... as we were strolling down the beautiful Locust Walk these two wrestler dudes come running out their frat house stark naked -_- trauma forever -_- haha... and these police in front of them were just sitting -_- lol

haha okay can I just say GG is fun! haha not just for the show but for the actual GG watching session haha... pimpin time kasi eh -_- JOKE haha... but yeah a bunch of girls migrate to our room to watch GG haha... and our regular customers are our good friends from room 2012 (I'm room 808 :P) so it's me, my roomie evan and the girls from 2012 (and the girls from 811 too haha)... lol... and I am SO excited for Heroes haha which is right after GG so lucky me haha also lucky me I only have one class on tuesdays and it's recitation so I don't really need to study ish for it lol... HEROES VILLAINS THIS MONDAY =P~

I find it funny that I stopped cramming my HW... most HW here kasi is optional -_- so I started trishing my hw... when I don't even have to do it at all -_- HAHA... oh well :P that's trishing for you lol...

haha... from the ending of GG S01E07 - Victor, Victrola... well I guess this is one of those songs whose lyrics I just have to post because the song sounds nice and the lyrics sound... fitting... as well... and I don't really know why I posted this... I'm very sleepy but I don't think I'll be able to shut my eyes unless I post something... anything here... "everything is nothing without you"... haha... it sounds a bit emo or whatnot... but then again... who of us hasn't felt that this was true in at least one point of our lives? I think everyone has... *sigh*... I don't know... Saturday was... different... for me I mean... A few of my friends know why haha... *she* could probably figure out why as well :| I mean it wasn't exactly... discreet? I don't know... *sigh*... there's another song that I want to post here, but I think it'll reveal a bit more than what I want to reveal (besides, the song takes what I feel to different heights... I don't feel exactly as what the song says haha...)... but then again two of my friends probably know what song this is :D... Just a little under three weeks (maybe two weeks of actual school days) until the last day of classes and the big econvergence at UPLB (haha what a way to go out... with a BANG... I just hope we win :D)... though "Last Day" never means that in school haha... I think PSHS is a big Sir Englatera... "Last Practice" = "20 practices more" haha... "Last Day" = "two weeks of come-to-school-at-your-leisure-to-complete-last-minute-requirements"... but at least there's the fair and the intrams to look forward to :D... hmm... now that high school's really almost over... I think I'm beginning to feel the uhh... pre-nostalgia? the uhh... natural apprehensions about tomorrow... I don't think it's really hit me that this part of my life is over just yet... I mean I KNOW it's about to be? but I don't feel it yet? Is it just me or is that normal? I don't know... Hmm... A part of me wants to post this in multiply... hardly anyone checks LJ anymore... but I dunno... Today was... slightly a good day :D... I realized a couple of things about life... after that fiasco last night where I was confused to hell, I think I can say I know where I am right now... and I made a mistake in what I thought I felt over the past few days... Jarelle, what I told you apparently was wrong... though I swear I thought I felt that way when I told you that... Sis, what I told you was not wholly wrong... but it is FAR from the truth... I'll tell you tomorrow... apparently... now that I've stopped dwelling on it too much and just let the answer come to me. Some people say one has to go out to learn the truth, or to move to get what he or she wants, I say (The Secret says it too, and it's true! sometimes at least) that there are certain times... and certain conditions... when the universe just drops what you need onto your lap... sigh... realizations :D but moving on...

Fil play looks good so far :D as long as the teacher doesn't drop the play... it's gonna rock... a telenovela satire... with boys played by girls and voiced over by boys and girls played by boys and voiced over by girls... confusing? haha... not really if you see it XP... so watch! anyway... then we need more characters so we're adding koreanovela friends haha... I so wanna be in it... XP...

I've rediscovered Youtube! haha... I used it to watch benjo ulihi ang ginhawa (300 dubbed in Ilonggo, funny as hell!) and MadTV Korean Drama (koreanovela spoof... FUNNY :D)... I also watched that show which everyone in '08 quotes haha... Fall of Petlord... :P it's funny haha... oh not just Youtube... I've also had fun watching on www.66stage.com haha... a movie/TV show website :D... all you need is divx and/or veoh :D... that's where I watched Juno (Juno rocks!!! you all should watch it... I got LSS'ed by the song... "you're a part time lover and a full time friend" haha... XP) and Dragons of Autumn Twilight (HORRIBLE blegh)... and that's where I watch GG :D... oh well... try it for yourself...

what else? I haven't posted in a while so I might as well post some more... oh yeah, I picked up my guitar again... SURE no softball today... that doesn't mean I still can't get hurt... stupid theatre arts... have any of you watched the Disney movie Hercules? well we're play-izing that... I'm pain lol... the red imp! XP... anyway his role is really slapstick... but then Hades' actor got it into his head to smash Pain and Panic's heads together :| and DAMN he really smashed our heads... it wasn't just acting haha... my head felt like it was hit by a hammer... I'm just glad I wasn't the other guy... my skull hit him in the eye :|... his eye socket hurt me but I could imagine my skull hurting him much more... but it didn't end there! aside from the bad luck in my last post... somehow I injured my knee in theater arts in the same day! wow... I walk with a semi-limp now and I can't go up stairs properly haha... I have to do stairs one step at a time or I'd be overbending my knee and it hurts... gah... this sucks... BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE! we needed to have a tarpaulin poster printed for research... and it was dismissal and I'd just finished the poster... I was looking for my groupmate coz she was supposed to have it printed... I waited at the lobby for about twenty minutes calling and calling and calling... no answer... I was really impatient to go home... tapos my FRIENDS DAW left me :| ... to go talking somewhere else :| ... haaaay nako... I couldn't leave naman coz my groupmate could come along the lobby any minute... tapos after just waiting... I got up... limped around school a bit looking for my groupmate... only to find out... UMUWI NA PALA SIYA :| GAH... this and monday just WEREN'T my days... despite the few positive things :D... oh well...

crap... was almost about to put "it can't get any worse"... but that would be jinxing it right? haha... wait... did that count as saying it? :( I hope not lolzerz... gah... waiting for a better tomorrow :D

haha... this day is officially one of the most screwed up days of my life...

screw-up number one: I banged my head against the metal handle of the shower :| OUCH...

screw-up number two: we had no physics project! haha... we managed to salvage one out of spare materials others brought haha...

screw-up number three: I uhh kinda forgot to tell my class that we had no biology today... sorry class haha... but I kinda assumed they'd be smart enough to figure out there wasn't bio if I wasn't there lol...

screw-up number four: it isn't really my screw up but... we were playing soft ball... I was on first base... my team mate hit the ball... I ran towards second base... defender's pitcher got the ball and threw it at the second baseman... I tried sliding for the base... next thing I knew BAM!!! and I could taste my blood haha... my lip got in the way of the ball haha... I'm glad my teeth weren't damaged or anything... my lip has two big wounds haha... but they're mostly on the inside XP... (but we didn't even win the game :(( see the others caught up to our 4-0 lead AFTER I left for the clinic... coincidence? haha)

oh well... consolation = sis is part of the intersection team haha... it won't be boring up there... oh and I got to taste my blood too :D a LOT of it... yum yum... I've been missing the taste of blood haha... good thing I had a lot of blood now instead of that measly taste I got back in first year... haha... vampire xp...

The young people are all in love with their partners as physical people, or in love with the relationship. I don't know why, but I think the romantics and hopeless romantics are a dying breed. You never hear people talking about love anymore. Not true love, in any case.

anyway, I'm just really glad we're free! December break! Funny the first thing I did for the break is to work... as in, literally work haha... My class (Go Graviton!) and I had a GK build! And it was great! sure not everybody was there :'(
XP we were about 19 out of 28? not bad though... haha... building a house! The house "Piggy I, II and III" went around for to build XP... apparently it'll be finished in three months... haha... it was fun working... though I don't really know if I did that much work... the Grav kids were all over the work though... oh and Kenneth and Ian got new best friends! haha... lolz Kenneth's friend was a freakin' tranny... and some dude went up to Ian while we were carrying buckets of cement and goes "ako na lang kargahin mo sunod" or something like that FREAKY MAN! XP fun fun... it was really fun working with Grav... to be honest I've never really felt kinda close to my class... :( sorry guys... but then this was different :D... sucks that this only happened at the end of the year... YES LITTLE SISTER I'M A BAD PRESIDENT...

Haha... anyway the night before that was XP too... watched Serendipity with the batch... what a lovely movie... I watched it ages ago and I don't really remember the story that much :( haha... I saw the shop again! yup yup I've been wanting to watch Serendipity again ever since we dropped by the real Serendipity in New York two years ago (two? haha) well anyway I was squeeing like mad when Sarah saw Jonathan at the skating rink again haha... and my friends were like "Straight pala ha?"... so I was like "Hey, NEXT YEAR PA!" XP... but ooh guess what?! the very next day in Trinoma we saw "Love in the Time of Cholera"! haha... the book with Sarah's name and number? XP... the wedding gift to Jonathan? haha anyway it was just such a coincidence XP... yeahp... oh! Grav watched Golden Compass haha... and my seatmates were all "What the hell? I don't get it? Do you get the story?" LOL... I had to keep explaining haha... and then in the middle of the show the movie was cut :| and a lot of people started leaving... my classmate behind me was all "OMG si Trillanes!" and I was all "No way this ain't a makati hotel" lol XP... anyway they got the movie back up and running soon... it was just... weird... my first time to have a movie house mishap XP.

Yeah this "shortest post ever" turned out to be a real post haha. I am so excited for tomorrow! EK and overnight! I'm only scared I won't be able to coordinate with the carolers... oh well... if there's a problem... I am so dead when I get back haha XP... And I'm so excited for the break! It's shaping up to be the best December break in HS! haha... FOR THE FIRST TIME! A TABLE OUTING! XP... I've never been out with table before... haha sure I've been out with about half of them in Ilang outings and Rb outings... but the others? haha... anyway I'm just so excited... and we might even go skating! yehey! aside from that it's the annual December EK for my friends and me! haha... Okay... I am so loving this song right now... not so much for the lyrics (XP only one line really hits me in the lyrics... but it might hit other people *hint hint*)... But I like the song... it makes me feel so... I don't know... blue.. XP... wow... that's kind of weird actually... but I don't know... I guess being blue and "senti(mental)" or "emo" or whatever has been a part of me for so long now... that I just... consider the feeling "home"... I used to remember retreating into this mood whenever any emotion got too strong... oh well... enough emo... here's the song... I'm sorry I couldn't find a video or a live performance... XP...

Well... there we go... maybe I should blog a bit before I start working... I took my own advice... and I rested for a while... I just let go of any worries... I stopped thinking about what I should be doing... I let my mind wander... almost literally... and it felt wonderful... it was like sleeping on a cloud... you could be anywhere in the world... yet it's just the same as if you were nowhere... it felt just great... I even fell asleep... It's almost impossible for me to sleep if it isn't night time... XP... sigh... you guys should try it... just close your eyes... stop thinking for one second... and then just let your mind wander... sigh... okay... there's still something in the back of my head... *I almost typed back of my heart... freudian slip? XP* something I think I need to type... but I just can't figure out what it is... oh well... probably next week... NEXT WEEK... sigh... XP...
